Remote Desktop Black Screen Issue

If you try to connect via RDP and only see a black screen, follow these steps:

  1. Press CTRL + ALT + END on your keyboard.

    This opens the Windows Security screen inside your RDP session.

  2. Click Disconnect.

    This closes the stuck session safely.

  3. Reconnect via RDP.

    Your session should now display normally.

Tip: If the issue persists, make sure your network connection is stable and your RDP client is updated.
